No matter which service you select, please know that our food is based on fresh, wholesome ingredients using organic and local options when possible. We pride ourselves on a farm-to-table cooking style.
Personal Chef
We provide individualized in-home personal chef services for groups of 2-20 people. Once contact is established, we will discuss what your groups specific culinary preference and dietary requirements are so that we can curate the perfect menu for your gathering. We procure the groceries, then come into the home where we prepare, set up, serve, and clean up the meal. You, essentially, get to experience going out to a dining establishment without having to leave the comfort of your surroundings.
Rates for groups of 5 adults or fewer start at $75 per hour plus the cost of groceries. For groups of 6 adults or more, the pricing ranges widely, but starts at $70 per person. Usual prices for these events, with full complement of appetizers, soup or salad, entree with sides, and dessert will range from $105-$135 per person. Typically there is a 3-hour minimum.
Catering
We offer catering services in the Lowcountry area for up to 100 people. The cost for this service is calculated per person and will vary based on the menu and service requirements. There may also be additional charges based on equipment and small wares needed for specific functions and/or personnel needs for functions. Per person charges may start at $28 for a very simple heat and serve delivery, but can go as high as $150 for a full service event, depending on the parameters of the menu and event.
We can cater any type of function from a breakfast, lunch, picnic, barbecue, cocktail party, dinner party or wine dinner.
Cooking Classes
In-home cooking classes are individualized for your needs. We teach how to make healthier versions of your family favorites, basic cooking technique, such as proper knife handling, or more advanced culinary skills and styles.
Perhaps you would like to invite some friends over and host a non-traditional dinner party, which includes you and your guests having a hands on cooking class to help prepare a restaurant-quality, four-course dinner.
Rates for this service start at $100 per person.
